Log files

If you run into issues, log files will be greatly helpful on investigating the issues. Here are the instructions on how to get the log files. 

Splashtop Enterprise Gateway

  • On 32bit Windows system, please find the log at: %programfiles%\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Enterprise Gateway\log
  • On 64bit Windows system, please fine the log at: %programfiles(x86)%\Splashtop\Splashtop Remote\Enterprise Gateway\log

Splashtop Streamer

  • For Windows Streamer, go to Streamer's settings > Advanced > Open log folder, in the opened file explorer, zip the log files and send to us. 
  • For Mac Streamer, go to Streamer's settings > Advanced > Open log folder, in the opened Finder, zip the log files and send to us.

Splashtop Enterprise app

  • For Windows client, go to app's Help > Send debug log > Open log folder, in the opened file explorer, zip the log files and send to us
  • For Mac client, go to app's Help > Send debug log > Open log folder, in the opened Finder, zip the log files and send to us. 
  • For Android client, go to app's settings page > Send debug log > Send by Email, and send the log to us
