- If the Splashtop Center console is open, simply click on the Restart button at the bottom left of the console window. (If the Splashtop Center console is not open, click the Splashtop Center icon on the Windows Start menu to open it.)
- If the Splashtop Center console fails to launch, simply reboot the system and launch Splashtop Center again.
- If the Splashtop Center console is running, then open the Control Panel and select Administrative Tools -> Services. Search and restart Splashtop Center Services, Splashtop Proxy, and Splashtop Proxy Frontend.
- Another option is to launch the Windows Task Manager to terminate SCBackend.exe, SCConsole.exe, SCProxy.exe and SCService.exe processes. Re-launch Splashtop Center again.
