I can't find the computers from my tablet/phone.

Here are some possible reasons why your tablet/phone cannot find your computers:

  • Make sure you have successfully logged in with your account on both your tablet/phone and Streamer computers.
  • Make sure you have logged in with the same account on both your tablet/phone and the Streamer computers you want to connect to.
  • Consult your IT department to make sure you have access rights to those computers.
  • Ports may be blocked;  please check this linkto modify settings on the firewall or ports accordingly.
  • Change the default port number 6783 to another port like 8783 to see if it helps.
